All-On-X: Full Arch Replacement
At Precision Implant & Oral Surgery, we know how much losing multiple teeth can affect your confidence, health, and quality of life. That’s why we offer the All-on-X (commonly All-On-4, or Teeth-In-A-Day) treatment concept—an advanced solution that restores a full arch of teeth using typically just four implants.
WHAT IS AN ALL-ON-4?
The All-on-4 treatment uses four titanium dental implants placed in precise areas of the jaw to support a full arch of teeth (upper or lower). These teeth look, feel, and function naturally—all with less surgery and faster results compared to traditional methods.
KEY FEATURES OF ALL-ON-4
-
MINIMALLY INVASIVE: Typically requires only four dental implants, allowing for full arch replacement on less implants than with single dental implants.
-
IMMEDIATE RESULTS: Temporary teeth may be placed on the same day as implant surgery, allowing you to enjoy your new functional smile almost immediately.
-
BONE PRESERVATION: Strategic implant placement helps utilize your existing bone, offering tooth replacement solutions for patients who may not be a good candidate for traditional dental implants or dentures.
-
LONG-TERM DURABILITY: Designed to provide a long-term solution to tooth loss, while maintaining focus on aesthetics, function, and comfort.
BENEFITS OF ALL-ON-4
-
COMFORT & STABILITY: Unlike traditional dentures, All-on-4 implants are fixed in place and do not require adhesives. They offer a secure fit that prevents slipping, providing a significant improvement in chewing ability and speech.
-
NATURAL APPEARANCE: Each prosthesis is custom-made to match the natural appearance of your gums and teeth, enhancing facial aesthetics and restoring a youthful appearance.
-
HIGH SUCCESS RATE: Dr. Scott Bulloch has a 98% implant success rate, making the All-On-X procedure a reliable choice for full arch tooth replacement.
-
BONE PRESERVATION: With traditional dentures, removing teeth often leads to bone loss because the jaw is no longer being stimulated. Dental implants, on the other hand, act like natural tooth roots by stimulating the jawbone—helping to prevent bone deterioration and preserve your facial structure.
WHAT TO EXPECT FOR YOUR ALL-ON-4
Starting the journey to a brand-new smile can feel overwhelming, but we’re here to make it simple and reassuring. Our All-on-4 process is carefully designed to restore your confidence and function as smoothly as possible. From your first consultation through surgery and final restoration, we’ll guide you step by step so you know exactly what to expect at every stage.

CONSULTATION
Dr. Bulloch meets with you to create a personalized treatment plan based on our advanced 3D imaging technology. He carefully plans your surgery to optimize your function, comfort, and overall results. During your consultation we will walk through everything you need to know about the procedure, answer your questions, discuss financing options, and make sure you feel comfortable and confident moving forward.

SURGERY
During your surgery, our CRNA, Brett, is there to make sure you are completely safe and comfortable the entire time. Dr. Bulloch meticulously places the implants in locations that are most ideal for your case. Your general dentist will have worked with the dental lab to create your temporary teeth. These temporary teeth are connected to the implants the same day so you can start enjoying your new smile almost immediately.

RECOVERY
While the implants heal for about 4-6 months, you will wear your custom temporary teeth. As you heal, your gum and bones reshape, healing around your new implants. This is why the temporary teeth is such an important part of the process. Your final teeth are made by the lab after you are finished healing. They are made to fit your gums and bone as they are fully healed, so everything is comfortable, aesthetic, and fully functional.
WHO CAN BENEFIT FROM ALL-ON-X?
The All-On-X procedure is best suited for patients who:
-
Have lost most or all of their teeth across one or both arches.
-
Have several broken or failing teeth across across one of both arches.
-
Are dissatisfied with the fit and maintenance of traditional dentures.
-
May have been previously told they do not qualify for implants due to insufficient bone volume (additional options now make it more accessible).
DO I HAVE ENOUGH BONE FOR ALL-ON-X?
Not everyone is a candidate for traditional dental implants or dentures, especially when replacing all of the teeth in the upper jaw. In some cases, disease or bone loss may leave the jawbone too weak to support implants. For those who already have dentures, bone loss can occur overtime due to a lack of stimulation from teeth roots. This makes it more difficult to wear dentures comfortably.
With zygomatic implant technology, however, you still have options. Instead of the jawbone, these longer implants are anchored into the cheekbone (zygomatic bone), which is naturally strong and dense. This allows us to securely place a permanent bridge for your upper teeth — even if your jawbone isn’t able to support traditional implants.
Find out if you're a candidate for zygomatic implants at your consultation.
